1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,”

or “User”) and Make Bolder LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Make Bolder,” “we,” “us,” or

“our”), governing your access to and use of www.makebolder.com and all subdomains, services, tools,

communications, and content (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”). By accessing the Site or

submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Description

Make Bolder is a B2B AI-driven marketing and automation agency providing consulting,

implementation, and managed services related to lead reactivation, customer acquisition, revenue

optimization, and AI-powered communications. No specific outcomes are guaranteed unless stated in

writing.

3. No Account Required

Users are not required to create an account to access the Site. Engagement occurs through web forms,

consultations, or direct communications.

4. Communications & A2P / SMS Compliance

Consent: By submitting a form or opting in, you consent to receive SMS, email, and phone

communications, including marketing messages.

5. Agency & Client Messaging Use

If communications are sent on behalf of clients, clients represent that all required consent has been

obtained and agree to indemnify Make Bolder for violations caused by their data or instructions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, send spam, scrape data, resell phone numbers, circumvent

opt-out mechanisms, or violate applicable laws or carrier rules.

7. Intellectual PropertyAll Site content is owned by or licensed to Make Bolder and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT

WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

Make Bolder shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed

fees paid in the preceding 12 months or $1,000 if no fees were paid.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Make Bolder from claims arising from misuse of the

Services or violations of law.

11. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming. You waive the right to participate in class

or representative actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
